There is always someone to greet you at Costa del Sol. Great location so near to the Plaza. Courtyard is beautiful. The breakfast is excellent. While most will opt for the buffet, note that they also offer made-to-order selections. If…

This is a beautiful old structure with a fantastic courtyard. It is just about 3 blocks from the city square where you can shop 'til you drop. I didn't like that there was a big step up to the bath and the rooms are small. The restaurant…

We stayed for 7 nights on July 2024 and only have good things to say about our stay. - Location: Perfect, just 1-2 blocks from the plaza de armas. - Rooms: we stayed 2 night in the family suite (got a free upgrade) and 5 in standard rooms and they were both clean and well appointed. - Restaurant: Excellent buffet breakfast, really good food and service. - Reception and staff: Everyone is extremely friendly and helpful. From the front desk to all the hotel staff. Note: we got a few free pisco sours during our stay and they were so good, don’t forget to use these free drinks! We will be definitely be recommending this hotel and using it for future stays in Cusco.

Enjoyed our short stay. Great location. The rooms were nice, goof breakfast, and the center courtyard was a great place to hang out or just rest. The staff was very attentive and helpful. Our server was Eby and he was superb. The only set back, which can be easily improved by the hotel, is to inform its guests “loud and clear” that the entrance to the hotel is closed around 10:00-10:30PM for safety. We were unaware of that and the 1st night after returning from a lovely dinner & walk we found ourselves outside and confused. Luckily another guest arrived and called her companion who informed the front desk to open the door. The employee who open the door commented that there was a bell to ring, but honestly the location of the bell is not the best to easily see it, it was a little dark, and anyway we were not expecting the entrance to the hotel to be closed. But again this is something that can be easily addressed.

Good price range, good breakfast from very early, great location in the old centre, friendly staff, especially the porters. We had a family room, which was spacious, clean and all good if it wasnt for the lacknof chair or coat hanger. One chair only for four and no where to put your stuff. Could be fixed easily by the hotel.

The hotel is located centrally in the historical area. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. They knew we were tired allowed us to check in 2 hours early without charge. The rooms are a nice size and clean. Free water and coffee was provided in the room. Breakfast is also included in the room price. The restaurant manager Juan, is very good. He is attentive and wants wants to make sure your meal enjoyable. He also makes a great Pisco drink. The food is good and priced well.

The hotel is very nice but has a major issue - hot water oscillating between hot and cold, which is unacceptable for a 4-star hotel. We booked the hotel pre and post a 6-day hike and the water issue was experienced in both rooms, suggesting it is a hotel-wide issue. Other than the hot water issue, the hotel is great. Nice rooms, good food, the staff is kind, they kept our belongings when we were on the hike and it is walking distance from everything. However, I can't really recommend paying >$160 a night for a 4 star hotel and not getting stable hot water.

Rooms on level 1 are dark. You can hear everything going on from your room. People leaving early at 4am. All room doors slam, no soft close. You can hear the water rushing when someone uses their toilet, and the beds are super firm.…

This hotel gets 5 stars from me. They were so kind and helpful here and the breakfast is amazing. The rooms were nice and beds/pillows comfortable. Also, Expedia made a mistake with my booking and they corrected it and didn’t charge me more. This is first class service!

The room was very spacious and the staff were polite, friendly and helpful. This was particularly true when we were waiting for our bus to Colca Canyon at 3am and the receptionist insisted on phoning to enquire why the tour company were late. The breakfast had a big choice and was delicious.
