The woman at the front desk was so friendly and helpful. My reservation didn?t show up but she kept looking and trying to find it so I could get checked in.

Thin walls and the doors shut real hard. Other then that the beds and pillows were great. Bathroom was clean and remodeled. The hot tub and pool were great. Breakfast would have been 100% if they had fress fruit and chocolate milk.

Right off of highway. Offered a breakfast (although items were identical each of the 6 days). One lovely young daytime front desk worker demonstrated top Customer Service.

Second worst motel….this is named inn for a reason…. that I have ever had the misfortune of staying. We have spent years and years of weekends traveling for club youth basketball and baseball, so comparing to other family friendly, budget conscious hotels like Marriott, Holiday Inn, Hilton and Hampton. Room and common area were filthy. Bed was soft and lumpy as were our pillows. Busy road noise kept us awake half the night. Every time a nearby guest opened or closed their door it caused our door to jiggle. We woke up tired with sore backs. Customer service was non-existent. There was not a common area with a TV for even a group of 10 to hang out. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this dive.

Me and the wife took a mini staycation there to just get away from life for a few days and it was absolutely lovely. Peacefully quiet, staff was more than friendly, pool and hot tub definite win for me, and the breakfast every morning was well, biscuits and gravy. Will be returning again!

Check-in process is horrible. Hotel refused to transfer over hotel room reservation from daughter to mother without credit card authorization form. Instead, they canceled the room reservation for daughter and made her mother rebook and charge double the rate due to occupancy. The room smelt of mildew and floors were filthy. Microwave did not work in my room and you can hear the noise from the freeway all night long. I spend most of my nights in hotel rooms and I would avoid this place. I have worked with many hotels, and this place puts customer service last.

The hotel was very close to an event we were attending. The staff was friendly and attentive. We had unknowingly left an item in the room while checking out and it was kindly returned to us before leaving the building. Clean, quiet & great breakfast!

Try to get a room farther from freeway Beds are nice being your own pillow tho Breakfast was good Pool and hot tub are nice too! You can also run fan on constant to help with freeway sounds Good value for the price!!

One of the worst hotel experiences of my life in 52 years. The comforter was stained with what appeared to be body fluids of some sort. I asked for a new comforter, and I was giving a new room. I woke up with bug bites on my body and am left to speculate whether they’re fleas or bedbugs. The hotel is very loud, it’s dirty, the complementary meals in the morning are worse than your local 7-Eleven. I would never come back to this hotel ever again I won’t use Expedia looking for the cheapest rates due to this experience. You get what you pay for. This hotel is cheap and gross.

We enjoyed a pleasant one-night stay in this newer property. Our room was clean and comfortable. The front desk manager was very pleasant to us. And the included breakfast had all the standard items and was well maintained. Location was very convenient to the highway, but there were few restaurant locations in the adjacent plaza.
