We stayed here for a major dog show in our breed. Our club is grateful to this Red Lion property for making things so smooth for us, when we had to make a last-minute venue change. There were well able to accommodate everything we needed. The beds were very comfortable, providing great sleep. We had a courtyard room, however, with patio windows facing southwest. So the air conditioning in our room had a very hard time keeping it cool. We had it set quite low, but it only rarely got below 70°F, even at night. The shower provided excellent water pressure, and consistent temperature. The tub was slippery, though, with nothing added to provide grip. The breakfast buffet was decent. Offerings were varied, but quality was so-so. Housekeeping appeared overwhelmed. They were often late in cleaning our room, and some days didn't make it at all. Our requests for more towels went unfulfilled, so we got some from the pool area. But the room was cleaned very well when they did do it. The hot tub is a great thing to have after driving 30 hours! It could have been hotter, however, and only two jets were working. The swimming pool was rather chilly, so we avoided it, for the most part. Overall, this is a very nice property. Much of the decor is dated and worn, but they are in the process of remodeling. This was a very good stay.

My recent stay at the Red Lion Hotel in Pasco, WA was quite positive. The hotel is easy to find and access, with a lot of parking. My room was clean, nicely sized, and quiet. All of the staff that I interacted with were pleasant, professional, and helpful. A special shout out to Kelly and Amaya for helping me when I checked out.

The Catholic Daughters of the Americas of Washington State held our Retreat & Officer Training workshop at The Red Lion in Pasco & were pleasantly surprised by the well kept property and ongoing remodel. We were treated extremely well by all the sales staff and the service side and the food was amazing at an affordable price. The rooms were at an affordable group rate as well. I would highly recommend working with Dyanna Sacco and her team at the Red Lion in Pasco. What a wonderful crew! Thank you! Thank you! May God Bless Your Team! I hope to be bring CDA back for our next training event in 2 years!

The lobby + hallways was great but the carpeting needs replacement. The morning breakfast buffet was just ok. Warm eggs but not hot. Wish they had waffles. Pancakes early but not later on. Sausage would be nice too.

This hotel is always undergoing renovation when we stay here but despite this, it is an incredible value. The rooms are clean and the staff is outstanding. There is a pool and hot tub and there are suites which are well worth it for families and travelers who want more space. They have security on staff patrolling the building that you wouldn't notice unless you look for them. It's honestly a great experience and I won't stay else where in the tri-cities.

I love the common area and my room was very clean and comfortable. The parking lot needed repairs and a lot of the building needs a refurbishing. The main common area was awesome in a retro way. Staff was very kind and accessible. I didn't have time to go to the bar but I wanted to.

Only a 4 on the rooms because they were in the middle of a remodel while we were there. But staff are courteous, super friendly, and accommodating. My room was wonderful, and they really worked well with the large group of us. See you next summer!

Stayed 3 nights at this hotel as it was conveniently located and pet friendly. Rooms were decent, but could use some maintenance and breakfast was very basic. Not in line with the prices charged. Also, despite the hotel being fairly empty, reception (unpleasantly) insisted on charging us a late check-out fee for being 20min late (10min of which were spent looking for a luggage cart). We’ll likely find another hotel next time).
