Tina is awful to deal with, has awful customer service, and has an even worse attitude. Two star cause Michelle the manager was actually nice to us and helped us out. I'm sure people in the nicer section enjoy their time here. We were in the old section, and it just felt claustrophobic.

Stayed here early Aug 2022 Would stay again: Yes. Catching up on helpful Google reviews from previous stays. I usually place reviews on Campendium for RV parks. The following are things that are important to us and up to you to assess if they matter to you. ---------------- $52/night Stayed 7 nights Site #41 Cell/hotspot using booster: -AT&T (2 of 4 bars—4G) -Verizon (3 of 4 bars—4G) THE GOOD Friendly staff. Management is welcoming and accommodating. Location: It is right off of the highway but is relatively quiet. Close to groceries, gas, and restaurants. Office: Normal KOA store inside with decent assortment of what you might need, and some extras. Sites: Well-maintained pull-through gravel sites with grass living areas. The older section of the park has larger trees for shade, while the newer side does not have mature trees sufficient enough for any shade at all. The newer side is a bit nicer though. So, choose based on availability and preference. Cell service: Good for Verizon and AT&T Facilities: Clean showers. Not private, but works well enough. Near highway: Yes

We stayed one night on our way through the area. It was very clean and nicely maintained. We had an issue with our outlets not working in our RV, the maintenance guy took a look for us and it was quickly resolved. Will stay there again.

We arrived at night but the check in experience was painless. They left a map for us to our campsite and we set up in no time. The only complaint I would have is there seems to be no set "quiet hour" because we heard someone arguing on the phone around 11:30 pm.

We couldn't find a hotel room at the last minute, so we got a spot at the KOA and drive down with our little trailer. The place was clean and easy to find, with clean bathrooms and facilities. Not a very interesting or pretty location, but it is convenient to the Tri-Cities area.

Easy location. Super clean camping grounds. Grass. Clearly marked sights. One area is dedicated to extended stays. The other camping. Several several bathrooms to choose from. 2 dogs parks. Pickle ball, basketball, small zipline, park, agility course for dogs, picnic tables, grass at all camping sights (not all extended stays ). Tetherball, activities. Pool. Hot tub. Laundry. On site manager. Super close to stores, gas, restaurants. 4 miles away to golf course and river walk in Richland. WiFi everywhere, easy to access. Ice and water machine. Super Super clean grounds. Very impressed. We have traveled the whole USA and this is a nice KOA. Freeway noise is present but like alot of KOAs they're close to freeway for easy access. We have a noise machine ($19 on amazon) works great in our RV. 5 STARS FOR PASCO

Huge rv park. Had over 340 slots. Half has been renovated with new shower house. We were escorted to our space since this place was so huge. Very clean . Took advantage of new shower house. There were four rooms each had its own sink, shower and toilet. Very spacious and warm. One was nicely set up for handicap. Very nice! Clean!!! This is a campground and had three handyman working. Some folks were living there for the winter. But areas were kept organized and clean.

Very cared for and well maintained campground. It's a huge campground as well and had availability with short notice. My parents had a good stay with their 5th wheel trailer. A permanent resident, however, felt need to take up most of the street with his car. I saw assigned separate parking spaces for permanent residents.

Stayed for 1 night! Easy in and out for our 40 foot 5th wheel. Nice spot in new section but too EXPENSIVE at $74 for the night with the KOA discount. Increased $16 since our stay there 2 years ago. I wanted to use my $50 points credit but…

A large (200+ sites) park set very near the highway. The average sized sites feature level gravel pads, full hook ups, and grass between. There are a handful of tent sites. The Wifi worked well most of the time, and there is good cell…

Great place to stay, indoor pool and sauna. Laundry room is clean and they all have locks to keep non registered guest out. The playground had some beat up broken toys I would consider a danger to little ones. The grounds are well…

It's huge! It would be nice if a small sign was put at the end of the "lanes" with the site #s. Coming in in the dark can be confusing.. also, people with extra cars were parked on the street and made getting into our space tricky. For…

Aside from some overzealous staff wanting to direct our every move into our spot, (and not allowing us to actually do what we genuinely know how to do on our own), the 2 visits I've had at this location have been enjoyable. Friendly and…
