I had a wonderful time on my 2 night 3 day tour with Jacamar. I highly recommend you request Harley as your tour guide, he is a wonderful human who is beyond knowledgeable about the jungle, animals and plants, the man has eagle eyes and spot amazing animals from so far away to show you. The accommodations are basic but very comfortable given that you are in the middle of the jungle and the food was great. I really enjoyed myself and recommend the 2 night 3 day tour. Thank you for the great time Harley, I really appreciate it.

We had a fantastic experience with our guide Danny. His knowledge and ability to navigate the area was masterful. We had a very comfortable private room (better than the average hostel). The price works out not a huge amount more than you would be spending if you were in the city, considering what you get out of the tour. Would recommend 100%. I like the flexibility of the tour as well. It is up to what you want to do. We got to swim with the river dolphins, one of the many magical moments throughout the tour. Thank you Danny.

We had an amazing experience in the Amazon rainforest. We stayed for 3 days, 2 nights. Adriel our tour guide was fantastic! He is very knowledgeable on the flora and fauna of the area and thanks to him we were able to see a lot of different creatures in their natural habitat. The lodge is basic but clean and food was always delicious and in abundance. Overall it was a truly unique experience and would definitely recommend!

Harley and his partners were fantastic, we had the best time! Harley picked us up in the morning from our hotel and led us to the lodge by boat. From there, every day (we did three) was packed with tours and experiences in the forest. Everything was extremely well organized and well paced. Harley is a very knowledgeable guide and explained us everything about insects, birds, mammals, plants, etc. He patiently responded to all our questions with clarity and competence. We did day and night hikes, sunrise boat tours, visit to monkey island, visit to prehistoric birds, and piranha fishing. All tours were great. The lodge offers three meals per day, all of which were excellent, local and fresh! Rooms were good, too, with private bathrooms. Definitely recommend this place!

We had a great time on the 3day/2night tour stay here - Daniel was an amazing tour guide, he spotted so many different birds and dolphins along our boat trips, we also learnt about the trees and the night jungle and lots more - lots of sunsets and sunrises too! We had a great experience here!! Junior was our guide and he made our experience very fun. He has a very good eye and was able to find many animals for us to see, even though we came in dry season and expected to see less. He made us feel very safe even in the middle of the jungle at night. We did the 4day3night tour and did something different every day which we learned from and enjoyed. Junior is awesome and I would recommend yours with him to anyone!!

Stayed for 1 night and 2 days, I can totally recommend this lodge as it is the perfect jungle get away you can dream of, and Dani our guide is extremely nice and full of knowledge about the jungle, the trees, animals and lifestyle of the local amazonian people. The activities will surprise you as they are very original and extremely fun. Thank you Dani for being so nice and doing a great job, I will definitely come back for another adventure !

After looking online and around town we found this company for our jungle expeditions. This is the best one we found and we are happy to have gone with them. The beautiful lodge is deep in the jungle, we didn’t expect luxury but we were pleasantly surprised by the facilities. Our guide Adriel was very informed about the jungle and helped us plan our trip adapting to everything we wanted to do during our stay. If you are like us having a hard time finding a good lodge then look no further than this, you won’t regret it.

Nuestro guía, Harley, hizo muy bien. Además de tener mucha información y experiencia, se puso a servirnos y darnos mucha atención. Estuve de viaje con mi hermano durante 4 días y tuvimos a Atriel como nuestro guía. Fue totalmente fantástico, nos ayudó muchísimo durante toda nuestra estancia a entender y aprender sobre los secretos del Amazonas; siempre estaba pendiente de observar la mayor fauna y flora posible, así como de responder a todas nuestras dudas. Fue un auténtico placer compartir tiempo con él. También pudimos compartir tiempo con Mariano y Segundo, quienes fueron nuestros conductores durante las excursiones y fueron super agradables y atentos con nosotros. Lo mismo podríamos decir del resto de los trabajadores del Lodge, estando siempre dispuestos a hacernos sentir a gusto y atender nuestras necesidades. Lo recomendaría a todos los que quisieran pasar unos auténticos días en el Amazonas!!!

Had a great time at Jacamar Lodge and with my guide Adriel. 5d/4n tour. A good amount of time to spend in the Amazon. Adriel did a good job of morphing the tour to meet my interests. The food and accommodation (private room w bathroom) was good. Would stay again.
