This place is perfect for what I was looking for. Affordable accommodation with clean rooms and air conditioning. The management is very involved in dog rescue, as am I, which may have swayed my opinion. Still, for affordable, safe accommodation this fits the bill.

This is the best cleanest hotel we have stayed at in all of the Baja. Pet friendly and gated. Very secure. nice large area for pets to relieve themselves within the gated parking area. Water cooler provides free drinking water for guests. Good coffee in the reception area in the mornings. King size bed. Hot shower. Could easily stay here for longer stays. The staff was lovely.Very friendly and always accommodating. We will stay here in the future as we travel through twice a year.

This place is quiet. Far walk to the shore and the square, but safe. I recommend bringing ear plugs for sleeping because dogs bark all night and we haven’t found that anywhere else. Loved the setup of the room. They had fans and air conditioning. There was even a day bed where we put our suitcases. We stayed 2 nights and were surprised that they made up the room on the second day.

I would not recommend staying here unless you do not plan on walking from the hotel. The houses surrounding the hotel have aggressive dogs that are not always contained. We were attacked by a German shepherd in the red house to the east of the hotel. It bit our border collie on the neck, and another medium sized dog tried to bite me on the leg. It isn’t the hotels fault, but I’m not interested in staying somewhere where I’m going to get attacked by dogs any time I walk around. We had no issues with any of the street dogs or any dogs in the other neighborhoods. The hotel room and bathroom were clean and the gated parking was nice to have.

Very clean rooms, nice reception, open and airy rooms with a great fan and mini split system. The coffee system in the room does the job. Drinking water is easily available outside the rooms. Very secure and well located across from the gas station. Well worth the price
