I stayed here for 1 night in 2023 and I will absolutely return. The view is great, the staff is friendly, there's a nice courtyard, and the apartment style of the room would be excellent for a longer stay.

This hidden gem is just wonderful. You are in Iquitos but it is quiet and relaxing. You hear only nature sounds and in front of you an amazing view to the river and the forest. The people are super friendly. The rooms clean and comfy. I highly recommend it.

Very clean and well located, fully equipped apartments. Privately owned, so their attention to their guests is on point. Away from the noise and craziness of downtown but still centrally located and near everything. They organized my airport pick up, and the driver walked me all the way to the door. I really enjoyed my stay, plus the view to the Amazonian river was incredible. Many thanks to Miguel, at the front desk, who was very helpful and guided me to the best restaurants in town as well as organizing the transportation. As a solo female traveler I felt safe and welcomed. Jimmy the owner was also very nice. I would strongly recommend, best place to stay in Iquitos.

This is THE BEST place to stay in Iquitos. Spotless clean, gorgeous view, ran by the best loving people. This will be my go to spot whenever I visit Iquitos. There is nothing to not love about this place. Great AC (feels amazing after a week in the jungles), full kitchen, hot showers with good water pressure, incredible view on the upper floors w floor to ceiling windows. Comfortable bed. Very safe location, it is right beside everything but tucked away on the side so it’s very quiet and peaceful. with all that, the absolute best thing about this place is the Owner and his staffs. They are the most kind and helpful people we met in Iquitos. They went out of their way to help us find last minute jungle lodges. And they helped us book the experience of our lifetime.

This place was utterly wonderful, the staff went above and beyond the call of duty in every way. The garden was beautiful, the apartment was perfect and the communal balcony area was absolutely sublime. I sat several times watching the children playing on the Amazon River, it was so beautifully peaceful. Every little detail made me feel safe, it's tucked away, despite being so central and access is only allowed through a secure door, with CCTV. It is next to lots of wonderful restaurants and the staff know absolutely everything about the local area. They are amazing at making recommendations and even print maps and show you directions. They helped me with my boarding passes and COVID papers and went out of their way to try and help me locate my lost luggage. Their in room information book is the most useful local guide, I have ever come across, anywhere in the world and I travel a lot. I stayed here 2 nights before heading into the jungle for 2 weeks and I had booked for a different hotel, when I came back, but, I simply couldn't imagine wanting to stay anywhere else in Iquitos, so I changed my reservation to boulevard 251. Without a doubt the best place you could stay in Iquitos. I saw a lot of the other places, as friends of mine from the jungle, showed me around theirs when we got back to Iquitos, but, nothing could compare with this place. Their chosen taxi drivers are wonderful too, cheap, honest and just lovely. Thank you for a wonderful stay and I really hope to be back to see you again some day soon. This place is f**** amazing. The hotel is located at the very center of Iquitos, right at the start of the boulevard but in a quiet corner which is a real asset if you consider the noise in the rest of iquitos. They offer rooms for different budgets, all of them individually staffed with love and good taste. The owner is from the UK and a really friendly dude. The staff is forthcoming so you will feel welcome and comfortable. The most amazing is the gorgeous river view facing east to the incredibly mind-blowing sunrise. Something you don't want to miss. Check it out. It's extraordinary

It was our last night before we flew back to the States. This hotel is a real jewel! Clean, comfortable, at the end of a busy area and yet all restaurants are around. Our room had a breathtaking view of the Amazon River and you could see a sunrise. Comfortable bed, great balcony with a view. All that you need is there. I even flagged a guy from our balcony who was at the river to give us a ride in the boat for only 120 sols (~$30) 2.5 hours tour. We started at 7 am and returned before it became hot. But the best of all was the fantastic hotel's personnel. I had to go to the doctor and it was arranged. I needed a translation with a driver and it was done. I forgot my medication prescription and a picture of it was texted to me via WhatsApp before our flight took off. I can't thank you all of them enough! I highly recommend this hotel for its great service, a wonderful location, beautiful views and a cozy little garden. Love it all! We will be back!

Couldn’t recommend this place highly enough. The staff went out of their way time and time again. Best location In Iquitos close walking distance to the restaurants. Meet people on a retreat and suggested they stayed there after the retreat as they weren’t happy with their other accommodation, they all said best decision they made.

Wholeheartedly recommend this little oasis - safe haven in the midst of chaotic Iquitos. Pictures don’t do justice to the beauty of this place and I was pleasantly surprised when I arrived. Many beautiful fruit trees in the garden and a giant mango tree bearing countless mangos. Besides the beautiful environment, the staff were extremely helpful and went above and beyond to make my stay amazing - from accommodating to the multiple changes of my schedule to recommendations to anything that I was looking for - pedicure, stores and everything, and also arranging safe rides whenever needed.
