I've stayed here many times over the years and always enjoy my stay. The property is very nice interior and exterior and grounds are immaculate. Staff is beyond friendly and rooms are always in perfect shape. Their in house restaurant is really, really good. There's really no reason to eat out. Highly recommend.

Having several bad experiences with Best Westerns on the East coast, we were so very happy with our stay at this property. The staff was so friendly and the omelette bar was such a nice treat! bedding was very comfortable and coffee 24/7 is always appreciated!

Nicest hotel in the Tri city area. Wonderful staff. Great restaurant on site. Lots of amenities for the family when you’re visiting. Lots of things to do around the hotel as well. Our room was very comfortable with a nice seating area and mini bar area with a sink, mini fridge and microwave. Breakfast was delicious with the option of getting an omelet made to order. And there was a very nice restaurant that served a delicious dinner.

This was the best best western we've stayed at thus far. Staff was kind and helpful. Best breakfast we've had at a best western as well. The woman at the omelet station was lovely. Tons of options! And the fresh omelets were a highlight. The hotel seems to be newly remodeled. It was clean and beautiful. Very satisfied with our stay. This hotel is an exceptional value for the price!

Nice clean rooms. No internet issues for work (don’t know about video game playing). Great hot breakfast with omelet station, biscuits and gravy, freshly cooked scrambled eggs, bacon… the best, Best Western breakfast I’ve had. I travel a lot for work and stay at BW regularly. I will definitely stay at this one again when in Pasco.

The staff at this hotel went above and beyond. I had a small dog with me on this trip and this hotel was very accommodating with first floor options, important with older dogs with joint issues, a dog friendly grassy "park" area and even dog treats and bags as you check in.
